Prophet Uebert Angel of Zimbabwe has recently voiced his concerns about the popular Nigerian singer Tekno’s hit song “Pana.”
The pastor, speaking to his congregation about the dangers of listening to the song, particularly addressed the line “You say you like cassava. I have big cassava”, as this could have dangerous implications for those who sing along even if they do not understand what it means.
Angel believes that while listeners may not understand the words they are singing, their spirits can still be exposed to evil. The pastor worries that those who took to singing along to the song are unknowingly subjecting themselves to an evil influence, as the line “I have big cassava” is meant to refer to something else. It is this hidden meaning that could potentially lure listeners into a dangerous spiritual realm, even without them understanding the full context.
