“Shallipopi deleted our numbers when he blew” — Ex-coursemate reveals

An ex-coursemate of Nigerian singer, Shallipopi, has revealed that when the singer blew up in the industry, he deleted their phone numbers because of their disturbance.

He made this public in an interview with a content creator, @okaswiss, at Shallipopi’s event in his home state, Benin.

The coursemate who attended Auchi Polytechnic claimed that during their school days the musician was a big boy and didn’t always come to class until exams.

When asked whether he still had his number, he answered in the negative as the singer blocked majority of them.

He confessed that he understood Shallipopi’s reason for doing so as many of them had been disturbing him since he became a celebrity.

He was still visibly excited for his progress and wished him all the best in his future endeavors.
