Nigerian singer, Teniola Apata, popularly called Teni, has revealed that lying in relationships is one of the major reasons for heartbreak.
Teni found it necessary to share owing to the prevalent number heartbroken people she had been seeing everywhere.
She claims that a lot of people lie too much and are very dishonest with their partners.
The musician also suggested that more people should be honest with themselves too by knowing their place and not overestimating their importance in other people’s lives.
Although she encourages saying the truth, she admits some people cannot handle the truth.
If they are told the truth, they can resort to violent measures because of the information so received so it is best to not be honest with such individuals.
