Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has stirred reactions online after he said that he is more giving to those in need than his colleagues.
He acknowledged that he frequently distributes N2 million to community members and pointed out that many other artists have never done so.
He displayed a bag of cash to the villagers and gave them some of it. Young boys and girls were observed scurrying in his direction and fighting for their fair share of the singer’s generosity.
Reacting to his generosity online,
Deji wrote, “One thing I believe about portable is that if he was wealthy like the likes of Davido, Wizkid or Burnaby he would never forget the streets he came out from unlike the ones I just mentioned..make nobody come for me oo🥺🥺🥺I dey hungry like dis”
Eminence commented, “Na like dis Davido, Wizkid and others take show him love ? He dey spray money dat can not even pay one student school fees una say he dey show love. Abi clout chasing Mtweeeew”
Queen wrote; “For real👏 that’s how I saw boys run and gather around a car at the traffic 🚦 They could spot him and he gave them cash. Even lasma got some 💰”
