Several celebrities, including Eniola Badmus and Toyin Abraham, donned matching outfits (Asoebi) as they stepped out for Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration ceremony at the Eagles Square in Abuja today, 29th May.
President-elect Bola Tinubu recently arrived at the Eagles Square in Abuja along with his wife, Remi, and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
Also, present at the Square are Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima and his wife.
Tinubu emerged as the winner of the 2023 presidential election after garnering the highest number of votes.
His opponents included Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
Eniola Badmus, who was responsible for distributing the inauguration asoebi, faced criticism from her colleagues and the public for initiating the distribution immediately after the presidential elections in February.
Nigerians await a change in power today.
