Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington has called out AfroBeats colleague, Davido for being a copycat and talentless.
In a post on his Instagram profile, Darlington made the assertion while posting a flyer for Davido’s most recent “Puma meet and Greet” event. This occurs shortly after Speed Darlington conducted a comparable event in Lagos.
Davido’s lack of talent was ridiculed, and he questioned how the artist had managed to maintain his profession. Darlington can be heard saying in a video that was posted online, “Copy copy no go kill you; talentless motherfccker,” even though he did not elaborate on how he was allegedly copied.
“I don’t know how you manage to maintain a career. Your lack of talent amazes me yet you have a career,” he wrote in the copycat claim.
