Popular Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold, has knocked his colleague, Brymo, for revealing that he rejected a feature request from his wife, Simi, because she refused to sleep with him.
Brymo made this surprising revelation on Friday, July 22, in response to a fan who asserted that Adekunle Gold should have featured him on his latest album.
The fan commented, “Brymo suppose dey ur album”.
In response to the tweet, Brymo revealed that Adekunle Gold initially reached out to him for a feature. However, it appears he failed to follow-up because he turned down his wife’s request for a collaboration years ago because she refused to get intimate with him.
He tweeted,
“though AG reached out later, I like to think that he didn’t check in again, by will or fate because I turned down same request many years before…I also did same with Simi… said I wanted to get intimate to create intensity..
I didn’t know they were together of course”
His revelation didn’t sit well with Adekunle Gold and he warned him against disrespecting his wife and his family. He further told Brymo to get help.
“Do not disrespect my wife and my family. Get Help!”, he responded.
