Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first baby mother, has sparked outrage online with a post a few hours after Davido Chioma, returned to Nigeria.

Chioma Rowland and Davido recently arrived in Nigeria following the birth of their twins. A few hours after their arrival, a video publicly recorded by Cubana Chief Priest on Instagram was shared online causing excitement among the couple’s followers.

Sophia Momodu then moved to Instagram a few hours ago, where she published a sequence of images of herself, each accompanied by a poignant message.

In her caption, she wrote in French: “Ce ne sont pas eux qui nous ont élevé donc ils ne peuvent pas nous abattre 🌸” which in English means “They did not raise us, so they cannot bring us down 🌸.”

The last slide of her post included a video in which an athlete emphasized her perseverance, claiming that she is here to stay and has only improved with time.

The timing of Sophia Momodu’s post, which coincided with the return of Davido and Chioma, generated internet emotions, with many speculating about a link between her message and Davido’s personal life.
